Who's running ACT?

Keeping ACT running smoothly is a tough job and it falls to the Executive Committee to look after the members, production teams, fundraising events and the books.

The committee each have their own roles and responsibilities and are elected by ACT's members at the Annual General Meeting in October each year.

The committee for 2011/12 are as follows...

Chairman: Ian Goodenough

Treasurer: Barbara Haywood
Membership Officer: Michelle Beard
Fundraising Officer: Karen Tithecott
PR/Publicity Officer: Holly Bransby

The committee also choose a President to stand on the committee each year as well. ACT's President is currently Val Lambeth.

Who ya gonna call?

telephone_operator Our cast knows how seriously we're taking the scheduling of rehearsals, and that it's practically impossible to catch-up if you miss one. But sometimes life throws us a curve ball that means we just can't be there, however much we want to be.

So we've set up a special telephone number to call to let the Production Team know you'll be missing...

If there's no-one around to take your call, leave a decent message and it will be forwarded to the secretary to handle.

This is not a premium rate number and is charged at 3p per minute on BT landlines (and more from other networks and mobiles, naturally!). None of this goes to ACT.

Please make every effort to attend the rehearsals you're called to. If you don't show everyone is thrown and there's no time to catch up. If you miss more than one or two rehearsals you may be asked to leave the cast.
